His projects have included large residential and commercial land developments, municipal water transmission lines and sanitary sewer interceptors, bridges, public and private roadways, storm systems, flood control channels, floodplain mapping, floodway improvements, aeronautical development, regional detention facilities, irrigation facilities, slurry walls, earthen dams, planning, annexations, zoning and various environmental services. Mr. Askeland’s responsibilities include senior project management, engineering design, master planning, utility routing, site basemapping, easement acquisition, permitting, field engineering and the preparation of reports, maps, cost estimates, plans and specifications. Ms. Houtchens is an Engineer-in-Training who graduated in December 2009 from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Her projects have included residential, commercial and industrial land developments. Specific tasks have included completion of entitlements, conceptual layout, earthwork analysis, design, cost estimates, specifications, and construction drawings for multiple facilities including commercial and private land development, storm detention facilities and related structures, private utilities, parking areas and roadways. |

Dale Jackson |
Mr. Jackson has prepared concept layouts and preliminary plans. His projects have included large residential and commercial land developments, public and private roadways, storm systems, regional detention facilities, planning, annexations, and zoning plans and exhibits. He has seven years of commercial and residential construction experience, twenty years of facility maintenance planning, five years in facility management of a 250 building facility with a sewage treatment plant, and several years experience in farming and ranching.
