His projects have included large residential and commercial land developments, municipal water transmission lines and sanitary sewer interceptors, bridges, public and private roadways, storm systems, flood control channels, floodplain mapping, floodway improvements, aeronautical development, regional detention facilities, irrigation facilities, slurry walls, earthen dams, planning, annexations, zoning and various environmental services. As Project Landscape Architect, Mr. West has been responsible for designing and managing projects from concept through planning approval, construction documentation and administration. He has a passion for plants and enjoys designing and coordinating projects that are practical, cost effective and responsible. He has participated in parks planning, community planning, contract administration, construction administration, consultant coordination, multidisciplinary design, design-build, as well as installation and maintenance contracting.
